Live Performer Inquiry

The Lyric Theater is proud to host live performances on Friday and Saturday nights from 7:30PM-9:30PM, September - April.

We value the time & talents of our local performers. Performers can request a flat fee or ticket split, as most events will be ticketed. Plus, performers are encouraged to collect tips! Checks for flat fees will be hand-delivered at 6:30pm day-of, prior to performance. Checks for ticket splits will be hand delivered immediately following the show. Current W-9 forms must be submitted to info@lyricwooster.org upon confirmation of booking. (form: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf) If you are a returning musician & your W-9 is on file & current, there is no need to resubmit.

Location has 87 seats (170 for standing room).

The Lyric Theater will advertise events on the website, social media, email blasts, corner marquee, and more.

LIGHTING:
• In both Theater 1 & 2 there is a generic static stage wash available with no user control available; the
wash is either on or off.
• Background lights can be statically set but do not have any user control available.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Stage Deck in Theater 1 is 35’ W x 11’ D
• Stage Deck in Theater 2 is 28’ W x 11’ D
• There is a zero-tolerance policy for touching screens in the theaters.
• To ensure there is minimal bleed during your performance there is an SPL Limit.
o Shows should not exceed 95 dB LAeq 5 with measurement at FOH.
• Four duplex outlets are available upstage and downstage, eight total per stage, in both Theater 1 & 2.
• In both Theater 1 & 2 there are four XLR dry lines available from the FOH position to the stage, two in
each direction.
• In both Theater 1 & 2 there are two Ethernet dry lines available from the FOH position to the stage.
• The Lyric does not have and is not responsible for providing any set pieces, risers, or additional staging for
your performance.
• Additional staging (risers etc.) is not permitted.
• Drummers should provide a rug for their drum kit to ensure they do not harm the stage surface.Insert your text here
