Throughout the year we will have multiple movie festivals and movie series. Sponsoring these events allows us to continue to provide exciting and innovative programing.
Lyric Kid's Flicks
Monthly we will offer a film geared towards children at a reduced ticket price. It will give kids in the community an enriching experience, regardless of socioeconomic status.
Summer Kids Series
Across the summer months we will be offering ten entertaining and exciting kids films. This series will provide a fun activity for anyone during those long summer months out of school.
Halloween Film Series
Spend Halloween at the Lyric with a series of eight spooky classic horror movies! We will feature films from across the decades that send shivers down our spines!
Christmas Film Series
Christmas has inspired so many classic films, and the Lyric is the perfect place to celebrate the holidays with the family. We will run twelve beloved classics in December, one for each day of Christmas.

Travel back to the year 2000 with us as we spend all of April showing the best, most interesting films from the dawn of the millennium. Celebrate these modern classics with our 25 Films From 25 Years Ago series.
Noirvember
Indulge in the thrills of crime, and the hard nosed detectives who find themselves fighting it. With Noirvember we will screen nine noir films across November, featuring all the double crosses by shady characters you love.

This September enjoy eight films about school to celebrate the start of the school year.
Science!
Three times a year we will have an educational program in conjunction with a themed movie. These presentations will help bring informative and fun experiences to Wooster to be enjoyed by the whole family.
Around the World
Over the course of the year we will show twelve international films, highlighting the vast diversity of film from across the globe. Each one highlighting different countries and cultures. It is a celebration of film as a global phenomena that connects us all together.
Book to Film
Book to Film Club
The Lyric will have a film club focusing on adaptations of novels. This will focus on the creative decisions of made in adapting from one medium to another as well as the historical context of the two properties. This program be in conjunction with the Wayne County Library.
