The Lyric Theater is a community institution — built by Wooster, run for Wooster, and made possible by people who believe in the power of arts and film to bring a community together. Volunteering is one of the most meaningful ways you can help keep that mission alive.

We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and experience levels. Whether you're a lifelong film lover, a community connector, or simply someone who wants to give a little time to something worthwhile, there's a place for you here.

Our volunteers are friendly faces that make every visit to the Lyric feel welcoming.

• Greeting guests as they come into the door.
• Helping guests find their proper seats in their theater.
• Cleaning theaters after shows let out.
• Checking and cleaning restrooms.
• Keeping the lobby clean and beautiful.
• Assisting customers with doors and carrying food to their seats.
• General customer service and cleaning duties.
